If you have a smartphone, chances are at some point you have to transfer your contacts from one device to another. Some phones have a software-based transfer option while others require a PC, but the process is the same. The only difference is the time you spend – often a couple of hours if you have a lot of contacts.

With the iPhone 5s and iPhone 6, Apple introduced the ability to transfer your contacts from your Android phone to your iPhone. This can be done manually on your iPhone or on your Android phone. If you want to transfer these contacts on Android, you need to use some special tools. Here I will show you how to do this on your iPhone.

We’ve all heard the right-on clichés about how we should do things better, and we should end things we don’t like with a bit of dignity. That’s great if you’re a celebrity or a politician, but what about the rest of us? Whether it’s a relationship, a job, a hobby, or a TV show, it’s hard to walk away from something we’ve fallen in love with.

Do you wish to move your contacts from your iPhone to an Android phone? And you have no idea how to accomplish it! Or maybe you’ve just switched from iOS to Android and want all of your contacts to be transferred? Without a computer! We’ll show you how to move contacts from an iPhone to an Android phone without using a computer in this post.

It’s simple to transfer contacts from iPhone to Android without using a computer (but unflavored). We’ll show you how to accomplish it in a few simple steps. Because you don’t have access to a computer, we’ll show you how to move contacts from an iPhone to Android without using a computer in this post.

Contacts from an iPhone to an Android device may be transferred.

The issue occurs because the iPhone does not enable you to generate VCF Files (which are often used for importing and exporting contacts from address books) for all of your contacts; instead, you can only create VCF Files for a single contact. As a result, one cannot move all of one’s contacts from iPhone to Android using the usual functionality. As a result, you’ll need to utilize Third-Party applications on your iPhone to generate a VCF file that can be downloaded to your Android smartphone. However, using Google Drive is a quick and easy method to do this. As a result, we’ll start with how to use Google Drive to move contacts from an iPhone to an Android device (without a PC)

By making use of Google Drive

If you use Google Drive, you may simply transfer all of your contacts from iPhone to Android. Because this requires a Google account, we recommend that you establish one before proceeding. Google Drive for iOS has a unique feature that allows you to back up your iPhone’s data to your Google account. Contacts, pictures, calendars, and much more are all included in this backup. When you turn on the Google Drive Backup function on your iPhone, it automatically backs up and stores all of your contacts to Google Drive, which you can then access and add to your phonebook on your Android device using the same Google Account. Here’s how to do it:

  • Using the App Store, download the Google Drive app for your iPhone.
  • After you’ve installed Google Drive, go to the left sidebar and click on it. Select Settings.
  • Then choose Backup.
  • Enable the toggle next to Back up to Google Contacts under Contacts.
  • Go Back and Select events and Photos & videos. (Toggle On if you want it or Toggle Off if you don’t).
  • Go to Backup and choose it. Allow time for the backup to finish.

Now available for Android devices,

  • Select Accounts from the drop-down menu in the Settings window.
  • Click Add account in the Account section and add the same Google account where you made a backup of your contacts.
  • After you’ve added an account, click Sync Account. Then, next to Contacts, turn on the toggle.
  • Done, When you open your Contacts app, you’ll see all of your contacts from your iPhone.

Note: Unless you erase your iPhone manually, this will not remove any contacts or personal data.

Making Use of Third-Party Apps

How to use Third-Party Apps to move contacts from iPhone to Android. Alternatively, what is the best app for transferring contacts from an iPhone to an Android device?

MobileTrans

MobileTrans is a Wondershare Technology sub-brand that focuses on simple data transfer across mobile devices. With just one click, MobileTrans transmits over 15 kinds of data across Android, Windows, and iPhone, including messages, photos, contacts, videos, documents in doc or pdf format, and more. With the assistance of MobileTrans, you can effortlessly move contacts from iPhone to Android. Here’s how:

  • MobileTrans App may be downloaded from the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone.
  • Open the MobileTrans App once it has been installed to get started.
  • In this page, choose the transferring method. You’ll find two options: “Transfer from iCloud” and “Transfer from USB cable.”
  • Choose “Transfer From iCloud” from the drop-down menu.
  • You must then sign in to your Apple ID or iCloud account.
  • Select what data you wish to transmit on the following tab. Pick Contacts (you may also select other choices such as calendar, pictures, and reminders). If you’re interested in it as well)
  • On the top of the screen, choose the correct icon. Congratulations, your iCloud contacts have been successfully uploaded to your Android device.

Backup of My Contacts

My Contacts Backup generates a VCF file with all of the contacts we discussed previously. This VCF file is kept on your iPhone, and you must transmit it to your Android smartphone through email. You must download the email after getting it on your Android smartphone, and then you have successfully moved your iPhone contacts to Android using my contacts Backup. Here’s how to do it:

  • On your iPhone, download and install the My Contacts Backup app.
  • When you first use the app, you’ll be prompted to give permission to your contacts. Select Ok.
  • On the newly opened tab, click the Backup option.
  • Select Email and provide the email address to which you want to send the file (enter your email address). The VCF file will be added to the email automatically.
  • Now, open your Android email app.
  • Choose the most recent email you received on your iPhone. And then press the download option to save it to your device. The file will be automatically stored on your phone.
  • Click the three-bar symbol at the top of your contact app (we used the Google Contacts app). Make a selection of options.
  • Scroll down and choose Import from the drop-down menu. Choose the VCF file from the drop-down menu. It will take you to the file you already downloaded. All of your contacts will be successfully imported to your Android smartphone after you click that.

Lite SA Contacts

Despite the fact that this software works on the same premise as the previous one. However, rather of doing it in the conventional manner, it has developed a novel, easy, and intriguing method of doing so. This software simplifies the transferring procedure by avoiding the usage of applications like email and online services to transmit VCF files; instead, users may upload files using their local Wi-Fi connection. If your Android and iPhone are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network, all you have to do is copy the address from your iPhone and paste it into your Android phone. You may easily download it using your browser after inputting the URL provided by iPhone.

Here’s how to do it:

  • On your iPhone, download and install the SA Contacts Lite app.
  • After downloading the app, go to Property Style and choose VCF. Start by pressing the Start button.
  • To see the site address, go to the export contact page and choose Wi-Fi.
  • Now, on your Android phone, open Google Chrome and enter the URL shown on your iPhone.
  • Then, to download the VCF file, touch on it. After you’ve downloaded the file, you’ll need to import it into your contacts.
